Your Role: For our Finance team we are seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our Collections team, manage key customer accounts, and ensure timely and accurate cash collections. This role is essential for maintaining cash flow, minimizing overdue balances, and supporting sound financial operations What you will need to do: Supervise daily operations of the collections team Manage the collections process, including reminders, follow-ups, and payment arrangements. Monitor ageing reports and initiate collection actions to minimize bad debt Oversee the timely and accurate allocation of incoming payments Support monthly and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with the company's AR and collections policies, procedures, and internal controls Handle escalated customer issues, resolve disputes with professionalism and maintain positive customer relationships. Manage collections for customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and strong communication. Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and efficiency Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and excellent MS Excel skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Ability to manage key accounts and handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of customer credit evaluation, collection and legal procedures. Leadership ability and a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with process improvement or AR automation initiatives.
