JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead to oversee and support our finance team. This role is responsible for team leadership, process improvements, and ensuring timely collections to maintain steady cash flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, billing, and credit management, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
This role offers opportunities for career growth within the finance team, with a clear path for advancement into senior leadership positions.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit, or accounting (Northstar experience preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
  • Prior experience in a leadership or direct supervisory capacity strongly desired

TECHNICAL SKILLS (APPLICABLE TO BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CANDIDATES)

  • Strong knowledge of and practical application in billing, collections, and credit management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis required).
  • Experience with Cietrade or similar AR/accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
