Description

A. OBJECTIVE

To contribute to the finance and accounting team by ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of online payment transactions, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining financial integrity through attention to detail and adherence to policies. Seeking strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital payment systems, and a commitment to improving financial processes, while further developing career in accounting.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or payment reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software.
  • Experience with ERP systems and online payment gateways is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with different departments and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

GENERAL ACCOUNTING & AD HOC TASKS:

  • Process journal entries and assist in accounts payable/receivable tasks when needed.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Provide ad hoc financial reports and analysis based on management requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to digital payments.
  • Perform tasks as otherwise instructed by your superiors.
