This role is all about managing accounts receivable, supporting clients with billing concerns, and ensuring accounts stay on track. You’ll handle a portfolio of accounts, work directly with customers to resolve questions, and contribute to the overall financial strength of the company. Requirements for success: Oversee a set of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time Collaborate with clients to address concerns and settle outstanding balances Guide customers through available payment options and establish fair, workable agreements Play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and overall financial stability Deliver accurate and timely updates to leadership Ideal candidate qualities include: 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience Willingness and ability to motivate change and operational improvement Motivated self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills Must possess the ability to work autonomously Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
