MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist Sales & Account Manager with ad hoc tasks.
  • Sales Administration.
  • Inbound sales.
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts.
  • Process and Manage account orders .
  • Arrange commercial invoices, logistics and delivery of orders.
  • Manage sampling and tracking process.
  • After-sales support.
  • Manage RMA’s and returns.
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Understand and communicate current stock forecasting.
  • Manage CRM systems.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in a sales.
  • A deep understanding of our industry and markets.
  • Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail.
  • Be able to manage a high-pressure environment and understand priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
