Accounts Semi Senior / Senior - Grimsby
Clark Wood is excited to be working with a well-established independent accountancy firm in Grimsby, who are looking for a proactive Accounts Semi-Senior or Accounts Senor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and progress within a supportive environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and assist with statutory accounts for a variety of clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
  • Support VAT returns, bookkeeping, and other compliance work.
  • Assist in audit assignments, working alongside senior team members.
  • Develop technical knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
  • Build strong client relationships through accurate, timely, and professional service.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Part-qualified or recently qualified ACCA / ACA / AAT, or working towards these.
  • Experience in accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and basic audit support.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing firm.
