PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong experience in accounts preparation.
• Experience working with a variety of clients across different sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax legislation.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress to Assistant Manager or beyond.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounts preparation services.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP.
• Support clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and tax compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing development support.
• Work closely with managers and directors, providing insight and recommendations on client matters.
• Assist with budgeting, billing, and client fee management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for additional services.
