Job Description Location: Tirana Type: On-Site Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday Gross annual salary: Fixed, for the entire duration of the contract: 950.000 ALL gross Variable bonus paid monthly upon achieving goals: 200,000.00 ALL gross As an Accounts Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling invoices and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing, categorizing, and accurately recording invoices Reconciling debtor/creditor accounts and resolving any discrepancies Monitoring payment deadlines, Monthly closing, and initiating invoice corrections when necessary Managing incoming reminders, maintaining written communication with suppliers, and proposing payment solutions Serving as a point of contact for various departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication Qualifications Completed a commercial vocational training or holds a degree in Finance/business administration 1+ Years of experience in Finance and accounting Strong analytical skills Fluent in English with basic to intermediate knowledge of German (A1–B1 level) Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Microsoft D365, Lucanet (nice to have) or similar consolidation/reporting tools is a plus Demonstrated reliability, detail-oriented and methodical work approach, and the ability to work independently Additional Information At Enpal we are proud of the diversity of our team.
