Description

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist family run business who supply to the catering and hospitality sector. This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit and hard working team. Established over thirsty years ago, the company have grown from strength to strength, sourcing products from some of best suppliers in the world, to be able to provide the best products to their customers who are based throughout the UK.

Key duties will include:

  • Prepare payroll data (to be processed externally)
  • VAT returns, P11Ds
  • Balancing petty cash
  • Overseeing the balancing of the cash book and dealing with queries
  • Credit card statement reconciliation
  • Processing sales representative’s expenses
  • Preparing finances for month end management accounts
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Monitoring and recording staff annual leave
  • covering for HR during absence
  • Attending meetings about overall company operations
