This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA professional ready to take on significant responsibility as an Accounts & Tax Senior. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing their accountancy needs throughout the year. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Client Relationship Management: Being the go-to contact for a dedicated list of clients, addressing their queries and needs proactively.
• Accounts Preparation: Preparing accurate annual accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Tax Compliance: Preparing comprehensive tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, sole traders, and individuals.
• Bookkeeping & Payroll: Managing bookkeeping for some clients and preparing fortnightly, monthly, or other regular payrolls.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Responding to a variety of client queries as they arise, often requiring a “forensic” problem-solving approach, especially with Xero issues.

You’ll need to be highly organised and adept at self-managing your workload, ensuring timely communication with clients to gather information and avoid last-minute rushes. The ability to quickly switch between different tasks and client needs is also essential.
