    As an Accounts Team Leader based in our Brisbane CBD Office, you will support and lead our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team. This role supports continuous improvement in business performance and contributes effectively to the achievement of CPL’s overall vision and purpose.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a finance team leader or supervisory role within a large, high-volume transactional environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high levelsof accuracy and quality in financial data management and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands
  • Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in evolving environments; embraces change and understands that systems and processes may still be developing
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency, contributing to broader organisational improvement.
