Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Accreditation Assessment Officer. This role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and stakeholder engagement support to facilitate the College’s accreditation processes, including support of the Accreditation Committee. Key tasks include coordinating accreditation panels, providing high-level administrative support, preparing high-quality reports and delivering accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks include:

  • Coordinating complex travel and logistical arrangements, including domestic and international travel, catering, venue bookings and AV requirements.
  • Representing the College at accreditation panel meetings, both in-person and online and contributing to professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administration and analysis of stakeholder surveys and datasets including the Medical and Training Survey identifying trends and informing continuous improvement initiatives.
