WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful Accreditation Assistant will have the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders while managing multiple priorities. You will also have:

  • Previous experience in accreditation (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal in-person supervision
  • Proven capacity to perform efficiently and remain composed under pressure
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems, including experience with online platforms and software tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle large volumes of confidential customer data with discretion and integrity
  • Willingness and availability to travel interstate as required
Responsibilities

This is an exciting time for us, as we prepare for the upcoming season of cricket, and we are looking for an Accreditation Assistant to join our Events & Operations department fixed-term from September 2025 to March 2026. We’re looking for someone who has exceptional customer service and stakeholder skills who will play a key role in delivering a high-quality and seamless experience to a wide range of stakeholders across International Cricket and Domestic competitions. In this role you’ll provide vital operational support, ensuring the accreditation process is efficient, consistent, and aligned with the strategic objectives of Australian Cricket.

Reporting to the Accreditation Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery and execution of Australian Cricket’s strategic accreditation plan for both International Cricket and Domestic competitions
  • Monitoring and responding to accreditation enquiries via phone and email
  • Contributing to the accreditation vetting process by preparing and reviewing accreditation reports
  • Overseeing the inventory and distribution of accreditation-related materials, including passes, lanyards, signage, and other collateral across all states and territories
  • Supporting the training, and coordination of casual Accreditation staff throughout the season
  • Attending International and Domestic matches as required to provide on-site support and guidance to Accreditation staff
