    This is more than just a clinical role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community-driven.

You’ll be working in a fully equipped health hub facility, including:

  • A modern fully equipped gym with functional training zones and cardio/strength equipment
  • A dedicated hydrotherapy pool for low-impact rehabilitation and recovery
  • Access to group spaces and community engagement programs

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outcome-driven, compassionate care. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including clients funded through NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with the flexibility to grow your hours up to full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Facilitate group-based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
  • Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Partners in Health program, helping shape the future of community health.
