POSITION DESCRIPTION: ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

We at Mornington Peninsula Exercise Physiology (MPEP) are looking for our next AEP to join our growing team. Our clinics are based within Lifecare/Peninsula Sports Medicine facilities in Langwarrin, Rosebud, and Somerville, giving us access to excellent multidisciplinary environments where collaboration with other health professionals is encouraged. We pride ourselves on a high standard of care, strong client relationships, and a supportive culture that fosters both professional and personal growth.
The job would require a degree of independence and the ability to take initiative. There will be plenty of opportunities to build hours quickly and potentially leadership opportunities for the right person. We’re also looking to keep the right candidate long-term and will offer incentives to ensure a person feels respected and well compensated as they gain experience.
