• Be a registered ACT with the GPhC.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Be comfortable using cloud-based systems (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
• Have a genuine interest in modern healthcare, including weight-loss treatments like Mounjaro and Wegovy.
• Be eager to contribute to a growing, ambitious team where your ideas will be heard.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t your typical Accuracy Checking Technician role. It’s your chance to be part of something bigger - helping shape the future of pharmacy, supporting cutting-edge clinical services, and playing a vital part in one of the UK’s most innovative digital healthcare providers.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a 9–5. Someone who’s curious, switched-on, and ready to be part of a tight-knit team making a real impact every day.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE:

• Supporting our in-house pharmacist prescribers: Gathering and reviewing patient information, especially within our weight-loss services.
• Reviewing OTC medicine requests: Assessing suitability for supply at our online pharmacy.
• Performing final prescription checks: Ensuring accuracy, safety, and top-quality care.
• Providing compassionate support: Assisting patients via phone and email.
• Triaging incoming queries: Collaborating closely with clinicians, GPs, health coaches, dietitians, and partners across the UK.
