Salary Range: $55,169.00 To $75,857.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The ACH Services Team Lead is a pivotal role within the ACH Department, responsible for overseeing daily tasks and ensuring adherence to departmental service levels. Leveraging extensive experience, the ACH Services Team Lead assists in the development and maintenance of procedures, projects, testing, and training. This role also serves as a backup for all functions related to the ACH Department.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshoots and resolve incidents affecting ACH processes through collaborations within the ACH team and internal departments. * Ensures that all originated and received ACH files have been processed through applicable bank systems within established and expected timeframes.   * Offers technical and operational support to address customer and associate inquires or issues related to the ACH Department.   * Maintains accurate reporting of department information and provides documentation for certifications, audits, and reporting. * Troubleshoots and remediates operational issues through partnerships with Client Services and/or Product Management teams. * Performs workflow management functions as assigned by the ACH Supervisor.  Manages time-sensitive workflows related to ACH processing. * Completes assigned projects/tasks in accordance with procedures and established deadlines. * Contributes to process improvements, operational efficiency efforts, and automation of department processes, including the implementation of new technologies. * Assists in the creation, review, and certification of department procedures. * Provides backup, training, and support for all ACH Department functions. * Educates customers and/or bank associates on NACHA Rule requirements and addresses NACHA Rule violations promptly. * Ensures outstanding differences in all general ledger and accounting entries are cleared within established timeframes. * Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.  * Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.  * Other duties as assigned.    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.   This job may have team lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws in the absence of the department manager.    QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 – 4 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply basic math concepts to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using a PC or calculator. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
