Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students. * Collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans. * Implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices – daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitors. Qualifications: * High school diploma required with 2 years of experience working with children with behavior or an Associate Degree. * Leadership and school culture development skills. * Experience managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management, preferred. * Current Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement or an Associate Degree of 48 credit or more. * Decisive leadership skills and school culture development skills is preferred. * Experience managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management is preferred.
