ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone that is passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their potential. You will bring a strong understanding of English, along with the ability to inspire and motivate students to succeed in their study programmes.
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with learners and work collaboratively with curriculum teams. Organisation and attention to detail will be key, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring student progress, and reporting on interventions.
You will also be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to identify and develop effective resources and learning strategies. Your approach should be student-focused, creative, and geared towards helping our learners overcome challenges and make progress.
Experience working with small groups or mentoring students would be an advantage, as would familiarity with using online learning technologies and assessment methods. Above all, you’ll be someone who thrives on supporting learners to grow, succeed, and develop the skills they need for their future.
Below is a list of some of the key skills, qualifications and experience we are seeking for this exciting opportunity.
