Marketing & Corporate Affairs (MCA) builds trust and pride in CommBank through marketing, branding, stakeholder insights, government relations, communications, and social responsibility.

  • Group Marketing : Delivers customer-centric experiences through marketing, brand, sponsorship, social, and insights.
  • Corporate Affairs : Protects and enhances the Group’s reputation, managing communications, government and industry relations, issues management, sustainability, and community engagement.
  • Social Impact & Advocacy : Drives social strategy, focusing on community wellbeing, Indigenous engagement, domestic violence, human rights, and support for vulnerable customers.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-end
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables
  • Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program team
