We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, advocacy, and market influence. Ideally you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Acoustics Engineering (essential).
• A proven track record engaging with governmental bodies and technical committees to shape acoustic regulations.
• Experience with international standards development (ISO, BB93, EU frameworks).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or product management in building products, interiors, or construction.
• Strong communication skills - able to translate complex acoustics into practical solutions for architects, designers, and clients.
• Thought leadership - someone who is a go-to expert, equally comfortable writing technical papers or presenting on stage.

We are now seeking an Acoustic Strategy & Standards Manager to join our Himmel, Martini, Cemintel and Woven Image portfolio. This role will specifically support the ceilings segment, driving innovation, advocacy and education to strengthen our product offering across commercial interiors, education, healthcare and workplace environments.
