Description
Job Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for motor control systems. 2. Implement and debug control algorithms for various motor types (e.g., PMSM, BLDC, AC induction). 3. Develop firmware for real-time control on platforms such as DSP or ARM-based MCUs. 4. Conduct system integration, testing, and performance tuning of motor control applications. 5. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware. 6. Prepare technical documentation and provide support for product certification and compliance.   Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in motor control software development. 3. Proficient in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and real-time operating environments. 4. Solid understanding of motor control principles, power electronics, and control theory. 5. Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, and motor control development kits. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.   Preferred Qualifications 1. Hands-on experience with DSP platforms (TI C2000 series preferred) and real-time control systems. 2. Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink for control algorithm development. 3. Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, RS485) and safety standards. 4. Experience in applications such as UPS, servo drives, EV motor controllers, or industrial automation.
