SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires you to have an active Secret Clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of pre award contract administration experience
  • Prior positions that demonstrate knowledge of the FAR and DFAR.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study, such as Business, Financial Management, Program and Organizational Development OR three (3) additional years of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience as a Program Analyst in data evaluation or financial management across multiple government programs
  • To meet the needs of DSCA’s OCONUS customers in Germany, Alaska, and Hawaii, this support team is required to provide support during nonbusiness hours to account for six (6) hours ahead and behind Eastern Standard Time (EST) during peak periods (such as fiscal year-end)

Responsibilities

THE PURPOSE OF THE WORK:

Is to fulfill the objectives of DSCA through providing Pre-Award and Post-Award Acquisition Support, SRRB Management Support, Financial Management Support, and Administrative Support Services to support the COR personnel in achieving their objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Deliver comprehensive support across all stages of the acquisition life cycle (’cradle-to-grave’), encompassing pre-award, post-award, policy, and closeout functions. Services will include drafting performance work statements, statements of work, and statements of objectives; conducting and documenting market research; preparing independent government cost estimates; developing evaluation criteria; formulating acquisition strategies; creating quality assurance surveillance plans; and facilitating contract close-out activities. You’ll provide specialized acquisition expertise, informed by current legislation, regulations, and policy updates, to ensure project success. Additionally, foster and maintain relationships with external stakeholders while ensuring the acquisition process is executed with precision and efficiency.
