JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: Convert digitally registered leads by contacting potential hotel partners via phone and email, focusing on mid-level TTV opportunities Monitor and ensure completion of technical and commercial onboarding processes to achieve “Ready to Sell” and “First Booking” status Manage onboarding for strategic acquisitions from the Account Developer team and leads generated via HBX webforms (public and internal) Support hotels and chains in the ARI mapping process via channel managers or connectivity platforms (e.g., SynXis) Share extranet credentials and contract code details necessary for system setup Ensure completeness and accuracy of hotel content, including room names, descriptions, and images for proper client mapping Monitor the first 10 room nights to ensure correct system setup, payment functionality, and competitive pricing compliance Coordinate smooth handover to the commercial team with a structured plan, including key contacts, agreements, and potential challenges Promote a digital-first approach by encouraging use of automated tools for hotel acquisition and onboarding Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field Fluent in English & additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, German, French, Spanish). Experience in hotel distribution, OTA, travel tech, hospitality, or related industries preferred Background in onboarding, acquisition, sales support, or partner/account management is an advantage Strong understanding of hotel systems, channel managers, and ARI mapping processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls and emails) Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Proactive and solution-driven mindset with good problem-solving skills Familiarity with systems such as SynXis or similar connectivity tools is preferred At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
