Electric Vehicles (EVs) will play a pivotal role in supporting a future based on renewable energy. That’s why we are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable powered, free, EV charging stations to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable.
As the Acquisition Manager (Private landowner / Commercial) at JOLT, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and progressing sites to build-ready status, supporting JOLT’s mission to make sustainable, renewable-powered EV charging accessible and affordable.
The ideal candidate is a deal-focused professional with strong origination skills, able to navigate complex transactions, and proactively solve issues in collaboration with JOLT’s, origination, legal, planning, development and deployment teams. This Acquisition manager role will have a January/February 2025 start date.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



    • Professional Experience: Background in commercial site acquisition within out of home advertising, EV infrastructure or a similar field.

    • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple projects with a focus on negotiation and delivery.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to foster relationships across senior and junior levels, driving accountability and results.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong detail orientation with structured data management and KPI tracking.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior management and representing JOLT in public forums.
    • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems.
    • Problem-Solving: Skilled in addressing issues, escalating when necessary, and maintaining progress under pressure.
