Description
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Acquisition Manager to lead the charge in acquiring new players across our global .com markets. You'll be the mastermind behind our performance marketing efforts; from affiliate and SEO to programmatic, PPC, and media buying where you will be driving both volume and value. You’ll work closely with the CRM, product, and creative teams to ensure a seamless user journey, and you’ll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer. This role is all about smart strategy, efficient execution, and a constant hunger to scale what works (and kill what doesn’t). These are your responsibilities: Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage high-performing partnerships, negotiate killer deals, and track KPIs to ensure scalable and profitable growth. Programmatic & Media Buying: Plan, test, and scale programmatic campaigns and direct media buys that deliver real value. PPC & Paid Social: Lead the performance across channels like Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and more – optimize for ROI like a pro. Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop a full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid, earned, and owned media to drive traffic and FTDs. Budget Management: Take full ownership of the acquisition budget. Allocate smartly, optimize continuously, and squeeze every drop of ROI. Reporting & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on performance. Use insights to improve, pivot, and push for better results. Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with CRM, Product, and Creative to ensure messaging, journeys, and offers are on point. Maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and media networks. Keep our acquisition strategy fresh, compliant, and future-proof. Use performance insights to inform broader marketing and commercial strategy.
