Job Description As Acquisition Media Manager for DeviantArt in Tel Aviv, you'll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive high-value user acquisitions for our subscription-based platform. You'll collaborate with a passionate team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the artist community. In your day-to-day, you will: • Manage full-funnel paid campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, and Google Display • Focus on driving high-value user acquisitions for adoption of creator monetization tools • Partner with our in-house design team to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives • Partner with our development team to plan campaign infrastructure and tracking implementation • Monitor KPIs daily, turning raw data into actionable insights and weekly performance reports • Report on campaign performance, summarizing key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations. Regularly present these to the CRO and leadership team. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media for a global SaaS platform or creator-focused platform (e.g., Patreon, DeviantArt, Substack) • Proven track record of scaling accounts on TikTok Ads Manager, Google/YouTube Ads, and X Ads • Strong focus on business outcomes, with a track record of driving growth with a proactive approach • Expertise in data analysis, proficiency in A/B testing and optimization methodologies, and tools like Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics • Ability to explain complex media buying strategies to non-marketing experts • Willingness to work remotely with teams in multiple time zones around the world Additional Information DeviantArt is the world’s largest online social network for artists and art enthusiasts and a platform for emerging and established artists to exhibit, promote and share their works with an enthusiastic, art-centric community.
