SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in managing and optimising paid digital marketing with a strong foundation in paid search, programmatic and YouTube.
  • Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking to create innovative ways to go-to-market.
  • Experience leveraging major technologies/platforms involved in delivering digital media programs, such as Google and programmatic advertising with an ability to pick-up new software and technologies quickly.
  • Exposure and confidence dealing with external agencies and internal marketing teams.
  • Experience in driving segmentation analysis that drives business success.
  • Proven success in delivering a ROAS and growth positive digital marketing strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management – experience working with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies with a strong focus on customers.
Responsibilities

The Acquisition Performance Specialist is responsible for delivering qualified customer and sales growth via paid acquisition channels. You will develop and maintain the acquisition budgets and agreed performance targets, working with various Group partners to maximise paid channels and deliver profitable sales growth. You will manage, execute and scale comprehensive paid acquisition strategy across paid search, programmatic and YouTube to drive profitable growth, by identifying and testing new innovative and growth opportunities within the channels to deliver on agreed commercial goals.
