RSC2 is currently looking for an Acquisition Program Analyst to join our growing team in APG, MD to support our customer. Responsibilities: Evaluate funding execution compared to budget through analysis of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting, continuing dialogue with teammates and industry partners, review of written documents, and examination of accounting records. Monitor and track programmatic obligations and expenditures for assigned activity accounts on related budgetary forms, schedules, and reports. Ensure accuracy of budget data estimates by use of various modeling techniques and trend analysis of historical data. Analyze spend plans and budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Communicate with BMD Chief and other stakeholders on the status and availability of funds in different budget accounts within the program. Verify that obligations and expenditures occur on a timely basis in accordance with the annual spend plan and regulatory controls; and are within amounts programmed. Monitor current year execution plans, report any variances, and recommend solutions in order to meet OSD obligation and disbursement goals. Perform other related budget and finance administrative management functions and tasks. Submit and brief monthly budget reports to leadership. Requirements Active Secret Clearance Five (5) or more years exp. In PM support and working knowledge of DoDi 5000 & Defense Acquisition. BA/BS or higher. An additional 4 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education. A Masters degree or higher may be substituted for 2 years of experience as long as their degree is in a related field. Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $68,000 to $158,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
