Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services and helping them see the value of partnering with Equentra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs.
  • Present Equentra’s solutions in a compelling and client-focused way.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track and report acquisition performance, focusing on conversions and ROI.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly client acquisition goals.
