Description

Canadian Executive Search Group Inc, a division of Arrow Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist for a Local Windsor client. Reporting directly to the Director of Acquisitions, the Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate opportunities. This individual will drive growth by sourcing properties through outreach, research, networking, and managing internal leads. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of real estate markets.
