Description Job Title: Acquisitions & Development Manager Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Reports to: CEO Employment Type: Full-time OE Solar is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional who thrives in the early phases of project development — digging into due diligence, shaping project vision, navigating contracts and entitlements, researching funding opportunities, and collaborating with design partners. As our Acquisitions & Development Manager, you’ll position our Community Solar and Energy Infrastructure projects for success long before construction begins. What you’ll take on: You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, consultants, and design teams; evaluate due diligence packages; coordinate with municipalities; submit utility pre-applications; secure ministerial permits; and guide projects through zoning and entitlement processes. Your role is the glue that keeps each project aligned, compliant, and progressing smoothly. This position calls for a strong foundation in economic development, finance, city planning, commercial real estate, and energy-related tax credits or incentives. You’ll support projects from concept through the start of construction—perfect for someone passionate about sustainable energy infrastructure and battery storage, and who enjoys working closely with landowners, consultants, and internal teams.
