Responsibilities Manage all phases of program and project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Support financial planning and budget execution, including documentation and tracking of funding actions. Ensure programs meet established goals for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management. Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, financial, and contracting teams to ensure alignment with program objectives. Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences. Utilize project management tools and software to support tracking, reporting, and decision-making. Contribute to acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and milestone reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 15 - 20 years of experience managing government programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities. Familiarity with federal budgeting, funding documentation, and acquisition lifecycle processes. Understanding of program management principles, including scheduling, performance measurement, and risk mitigation. Proficiency with general office and project management tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
