QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Strong technical knowledge in Acro is essential
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a great team player

• Teach high-quality Acro/Gym classes
• Deliver engaging and structured lessons tailored to a range of ages and abilities
• Support and guide Classroom Assistants, promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Uphold all Cast Academy policies, particularly regarding child protection and health & safety
