We’re currently seeking passionate and skilled Acro, Tumbling, and Dance Instructors to join our growing team.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic instructors to teach acrobatics, tumbling, and dance classes to students of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, creativity, and strong technical knowledge to the classroom while ensuring a safe and encouraging environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience teaching acro, tumbling, gymnastics, and/or dance required.
• Strong understanding of safe spotting techniques and progressive skill development.
• Certification in Acrobatic Arts, gymnastics coaching, or related areas is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young dancers and athletes.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Teach acro, tumbling, and/or dance classes to students ranging from [age range, e.g., 3–18 years old].
• Create and implement lesson plans that develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique.
• Ensure all students are safely challenged according to their individual skill levels.
• Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with other instructors and contribute to the overall culture and success of the studio.
