Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience installing acrylic bathroom products such as acrylic wall surrounds, shower pans, bathtubs, bypass glass doors, walk-in tubs, etc. 2+ years of carpentry and renovation experience. 2+ years of plumbing experience with a working knowledge of installing both mixing valves and drains. Ability to read a tape measure and basic construction/renovation knowledge. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work as part of a team. Service oriented and ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and internal management. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks at any given time. Detail oriented! Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, depending on the renovation job. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (Compensation plan is production based, and can exceed the posted hourly average.)
