JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Acrylic Supervisor to oversee the production, fabrication, and installation of acrylic-based products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with acrylic materials, team leadership skills, and a strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (3+ years) in acrylic fabrication or a related industry.
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of acrylic materials and fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
Familiarity to work and operate with tools and machines like laser cutters, CNC routers, saws, and polishers etc etc.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or certification in industrial design, fabrication, or related field.
Experience in signage, display, or furniture manufacturing industry.
Basic knowledge of CAD software or design programs is a plus.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the acrylic fabrication team.
Plan and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor the use of machines such as laser cutters, CNC routers, and polishers.
Ensure proper handling, cutting, bending, bonding, and finishing of acrylic sheets.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with client specifications.
Train and mentor junior staff on techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
Maintain inventory of acrylic materials, tools, and supplies.
Troubleshoot issues in fabrication or installation processes.
Ensure all safety, health, and environmental policies are followed.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients for product development and delivery.
