Job title: ACS Administrative Assistant. Location: ACS Hohenfels, Germany. Job Type: Full Time. Schedule: 7:30am-16:00pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience assisting military service members and their families with community service information and referrals. Proficient in English, equivalent to Level 3 language proficiency. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Outlook. Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs in a busy environment. Duties: Provide information and referrals to ACS staff and community services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and local resources. Serve as a subject matter expert on ACS and DFMWR programs. Handle record-keeping, filing, and administrative support. Manage office automation tasks (copier, scanner, fax). Support in-processing and out-processing of military members and their families. Follow up with customers and refer them to relevant programs. Ensure ACS information and flyers are current and displayed. Input client data and statistics into the Client Tracking System (CTS) daily. Manage Lending Closet (LC) items: prepare requests, issue/receive items, and organize according to SOP.
