Engages with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives and decision-makers, to build relationships and ensure satisfaction with the organization's offerings. Engages with clients to design customized solutions for their unique business needs in collaboration with the clients product experts and engineers. Travelling to customer locations and understanding their environment. Utilizes expertise to identify new opportunities and enhance existing ones, thus boosting the sales pipeline, and driving pursuit. Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities and provides insights to the internal teams contributing to the development of sales strategies for the district. Concentrates on growing new business and supports all existing business for accounts in the district. Playing a vital role in roadmap transitions, ensuring all customers are fully informed and guided towards the best configurations that meet their business goals. Acts as a subject matter expert for creating configurations using the relevant tools such as One Config to enable pricing and builds stay accurate and relevant. Gathers and relays feedback from clients to the internal teams to help refine existing offerings and guide the development of new products or features. Stays informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements that may impact sales activities, ensuring that all engagements are compliant. Acts as a point of contact for resolving client issues and concerns, working closely with customer support or service teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Complexity Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
