Description Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated ACT Case Manager to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, helping them access services, build independence, and achieve recovery goals in their own communities. Responsibilities
