The role Join Botanic Gardens Greater Sydney and play a leading role in bringing some of NSW’s most significant public events to life. In this role, you’ll conceptualise, plan and deliver major activations, hallmark events and civic celebrations across the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, The Domain, and, at times, the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan and Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah. You’ll create memorable visitor experiences that connect people with our iconic garden spaces while supporting strategic priorities, visitation and revenue outcomes. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end event delivery, including planning, operations, procurement, stakeholder engagement, budgeting and risk management. What is an essential requirement: * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Event Management and/or equivalent experience in event development and planning with a proven track record delivering major events. * Ability to work after hours, including weekends, as required. * Current Australian Drivers Licence.
