RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: 1. Plan & Deliver Insight-Led Activations Leverage a deep understanding of customer and brand jobs-to-be-done, along with consumer insights and trends, to design activation programs that meet customer needs while delivering brand objectives. Collaborate with Brand Managers, PR, and regional teams to ensure activations are strategically aligned, creatively distinctive, and have a strong PR hook to drive earned coverage. 2. Collaborate for Flawless Execution Execute activations seamlessly in venue, working with On-Premise Team and customers to adapt plans for venue- or customer-specific opportunities. Build strong working relationships with venue decision-makers and staff to ensure activations are executed flawlessly, brand standards are upheld, and opportunities for future collaboration are maximised. Coordinate with agency partners to deliver activations to the highest standard, on time and within budget. 3. Monitor, Evaluate & Optimise Set SMART objectives for all activations and track performance against agreed KPIs. Provide concise wrap-ups with outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future activations. Gather and analyse market insights, sales data, and activation results to inform continuous improvement. Manage activation budgets accurately and responsibly, ensuring disciplined allocation, clear reporting, and maximum ROI. Contribute to annual planning milestones (IAP or equivalent) by identifying opportunities and gaps early and ensuring on-premise plans maximise impact in the channel. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, luxury, or spirits marketing. Deep understanding of the on-premise channel, customer jobs-to-be-done, decision journeys, and customer/category strategies. Strong commercial acumen with proven budget ownership, disciplined allocation, and ROI-driven decision-making. Advanced capability in the agency and customer briefing process, from concept through to execution and evaluation. Confident communication with proven ability to work collaboratively across internal, partner, and global teams, building trust and alignment to deliver results. Responsibilities
