Our solutions are delivered through the intelligent use of data, market-leading tools, strong service offerings and a very talented team, and we’re on the lookout for an Activations Manager to join our Platforms team – someone who’s passionate about digital media, thrives on campaign performance, and enjoys mentoring others along the way.
As our Activations Manager, you’ll lead the charge across ad operations and biddable platforms, ensuring best-in-class campaign implementation and measurable outcomes for clients. You’ll work closely with Digital Account Managers to bring ideas to life, champion platform excellence, and identify opportunities that push boundaries.
This role reports into our Head of Platforms and gives you the chance to step up as a team leader – mentoring and supporting Specialists and Assistants to do their best work while helping to shape MBM’s collaborative and positive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ad operations and biddable activity, ensuring campaigns are implemented, optimised, and measured to the highest standard.
  • Partner with client teams to deliver proactive solutions and innovative initiatives.
  • Stay across new platform developments and champion best practice across adserving, programmatic, and measurement tools.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise to grow their skills.
  • Contribute to pitches, RFIs, and new business opportunities.
  • Keep the finance and admin side of campaigns on track – from bookings to reporting.
