Description
Overview Translate growth platforms including marketing calendar, new product development, listings, key customers customer agreements into executional priorities and coordinate implementation across all brands and channels. Closely collaborate with Sales and Demand Acceleration Team to support the implementation and optimization of execution plans as needed; monitor progress, track status, and define next steps; proactively identify issues and develop effective problem-solving solutions. Responsibilities Marketing Calendar & Shopper Marketing Activation Translate the annual and rolling marketing calendar into clear, actionable in-store execution priorities, ensuring effective and timely implementation across all channels. Coordinate end-to-end execution of shopper marketing activations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless in-store delivery. Ensure continuous alignment and agile adjustment of plans across Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Sales through structured bi-weekly meetings and regular updates. Track, monitor, and report on the implementation status and effectiveness of key shopper activations for Top 5 customers as well as additional channels, identifying risks and mitigation actions. Coordinate shopper marketing contingency and make-up plans in response to sales-related incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and sustained execution quality. Manage Customer Team communications related to marketing calendar initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely information flow. New Product Dewelopment & Launch Management Co-create, plan, and execute launch strategies for New Product Development, Limited Time Offers, customization initiatives, shopper activations, and product changes in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Demand Accelerator, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders. Secure, develop, and deploy execution tools and materials required for successful launches, ensuring readiness across channels and customers. Own and manage New Product implementation builds in line with the overall launch vision, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and clear cross-functional communication. Track, measure, and evaluate key activities and KPIs both pre- and post-launch, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to maximize launch effectiveness. Shopper Sufficiency Model Development & TCP Leadership Provide strategic and analytical input into the development and evolution of the Shopper Sufficiency Model, ensuring outputs are practical, actionable, and execution-focused. Lead the Total Connection Planning process from a shopper-centric perspective, defining channel priorities, validating assumptions, and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Align shopper strategies with insights, category dynamics, and execution priorities to drive optimal in-store presence and shopper engagement. Strategic Projects & Governance Lead and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, governance, and operational excellence within shopper marketing processes. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives related to Implementation proces builds, launch planning, and activation tracking to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability. Sales Leadership Drive the execution of shopper marketing activations and innovation launches aligned during the World Class Consumer Engagement process, in close partnership with Sales, for Top 5 customers. Act as a key interface between Marketing and Sales, ensuring strong collaboration, clear accountability, and consistent execution of agreed priorities. Qualifications min.5 years of professional experience in sales, category management, marketing or shopper marketing. FMCG experience preferred. Strategic thinking. Commercial acumen. Analytical skills. Cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence others. Ability to manage senior stakeholders. Fluent English & Polish.
