The role is diverse and covers aspects of practical and companionship support to our clients. Responsibilities cover home and domestic support; such as cleaning and shopping, along with much needed activities or home administration; tailored to meet the individual needs of the clients. Access to a car is essential in meeting our aspirations in supporting clients in St Austell and the surrounding areas.
You will need to be able to travel independently to client’s homes, keeping in contact with the Active Living team and your line manager via your work mobile and email, and have a willingness to learn; with an absolute commitment to reaching our standards in training.
If you are interested and want to know more, call the HR Team for a chat on 01872 266881. As an organisation, we encourage flexible working patterns and are open to making reasonable adjustments. Talk to us about the flexibility and adjustments you need, and we will explore what’s possible for the role.
