Our quality team of Aspect Support Workers work together with Autistic adults in a community environment, allowing participants to engage in activities that support and enhance independent living skills, social understanding and health and wellbeing. Our enthusiastic team create a positive environment and provide quality, supports to our Autistic participants, while developing your own knowledge and skills in a group setting. Multiple casual roles available at our Northcote site from Monday to Friday, between 8:45am-3:15pm, 3 days a week minimum. Qualifications What you bring: Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Community Service or Individual Support - completed or working towards (highly regarded) Experience working in a day program, supported accommodation services or a hospital setting – required Experience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needs Engaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapport Motivated, resilient and enthusiastic Effective oral and written communication skills Driver’s licence (desirable) NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment (or willingness to obtain) Current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module, ‘Quality, Safety and You.'
