Description
The OpsLead manages PLDT accounts in the assigned Industry, focusing on health benefit administration and overseeing medical professionals across PLDT sites. The role ensures efficient health service operations and effective delivery of quality care and benefit programs. Duties and Responsibilities Direct and oversee PLDT operations, ensuring the implementation of efficient workflows, strict adherence to established protocols, and the timely delivery of high-quality health services. Facilitate effective and consistent communication across teams, leadership, and relevant stakeholders; prepare and deliver comprehensive operational reports and updates as required. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges related to health benefit administration, clinic management, and employee issues to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service delivery. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by monitoring performance metrics and taking necessary actions to meet or exceed contractual obligations. Background and Qualifications Graduate of any four-year degree program, preferably with a background in health-related fields. Ideally possesses at least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage teams and oversee operations. Strong expertise in monitoring staff performance, coordinating workflows, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards is highly desirable. Proven communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to facilitate team development and operational efficiency. Experience in health services, benefit administration, or related sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
