***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX.*** The Integrative Care Activities Assistant will assist the child life and arts in medicine team in providing developmentally-based activities (e.g., play, creative arts, and community visitor events/performances) at the bedside and/or therapeutic playroom spaces to enhance the psychosocial adjustment and developmental needs of our pediatric patients and their families. The assistant will assist in training and supervising child life and artist volunteers, organize group recreational activities, and assist in maintaining a safe and organized environment.
