Activities Assistant / Life Enrichment Assistant (Full-Time) American House Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to every day! We’re looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who loves connecting with people and making a difference. This position plays a key role in helping our residents live life to the fullest — both inside and outside the community. About 25% of your time will be spent on transportation, ensuring residents get safely to appointments, outings, and events that keep them active and engaged. What You’ll Do Safely drive our 14-passenger bus for group outings, personal appointments, and community events. Assist in planning and leading engaging programs that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Welcome new residents and help them feel at home. Capture great moments for our community TV displays and social media. Coordinate volunteers and support weekend activities. Keep our community festive by helping with seasonal and holiday décor. Represent American House with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times. What We’re Looking For A clean driving record and confidence driving a 14-passenger bus. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with seniors. A creative, organized, and team-oriented approach. Comfort using technology like iPads and scheduling tools.
