What You'll Do: Lead and assist with activity programs tailored to resident interests and abilities. Support residents by helping them travel safely to and from activities. Support resident well-being through knowledge of fall prevention, dementia care, abuse prevention, infection control, and safety protocols. Assist with daily attendance tracking, mail distribution, and resident evaluations to ensure individualized and meaningful programs. Perform other duties as assigned to meet resident and facility needs. What You'll Need: Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience preferred, but not required. CNA certificate preferred, but not required.
